November 14, 2017 Typically real estate agents and lenders are not a match made in heaven for friends. However my real estate agent was so right when she told me how much she enjoyed working with my lender BJ . He made everything go the way the loan process should.

June 26, 2017 We worked with BJ a few years ago when we purchased our home. That FHA transaction went smoothly and this year we trusted him with our refi, over to a conventional loan. BJ clearly enjoys what he's doing and is very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our 'what if' questions, kept us informed as things developed, and was very easy to reach via phone/email. BJ and his team deliver outstanding customer service and we can't say enough nice things about them.

May 25, 2017 In his bio, BJ is described as a lender who seeks to establish lasting relationships with his clients and I absolutely agree! Throughout our VA loan process we had many conversations with BJ and feel like he is a family friend. He isn't just a number cruncher (although he certainly does that well) but he sincerely cares about getting families into their own homes. Because he took the time to learn about our personal family history, he was super invested in seeing us successfully completing our VA loan process. He cheerfully provided prequalification letters for us to submit with our offers in this highly competitive southern California housing market and, once we were in escrow, BJ was savvy with interest rate trends and helped us lock in at an optimal time. If the opportunity arose, I would not hesitate to work with BJ with another home loan and would certainly call him first.

BJ and his team went above and beyond the entire time. There were times and hours in the evening they were hard at work. I would get an email or a call for a document. I was surprised that they were still working. I am sure anyone else would have been home and had a couple drinks at the times they were working. There were other details outside of my loan that BJ took care of, with my credit that I wouldn't know where to start to resolve it. It's great to know that you have someone like that on your side. That is very few and far between these days. I would recommend anyone who is serious about a home weather you are refinancing or purchasing. No matter if you are first time. I remember speaking to a few loan officers in the beginning and listening to what they had to say with a feeling that they were out to get me. This was not the case at all with BJ. CJ1981 Fullerton, CA For the house we purchased, there were four investors. This made BJ's work quite difficult yet he didn't show any of this frustration. To make matters worse, it was an FHA loan. He made sure all documents were in place and that everything was given to us in a timely manner. On several occasions, BJ needed to match documents with our realtor, Michael Taylor, and they both worked well to ensure it was done. BJ is a very knowledgeable professional and I would recommend him to anyone purchasing a home.
